1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Guyana Matrimony, a mobile application and digital platform operated by Wazify LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering an account, downloading the application, or utilizing any services provided therein, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform is exclusively a high-intent, dedicated matrimonial matching service designed for individuals with the genuine, verified intention of seeking a lifelong partner for legal marriage. Casual dating, hookups, commercial solicitation, multi-account networking, or insincere usage are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this contract.

2. Eligibility and User Requirements

2.1 Legal Status and Age

To register for an account and maintain active access to the services of Guyana Matrimony, you must satisfy the following strict criteria at all times:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the exact time of registration.
• Marital Status: You must be legally single, widowed, or divorced. Individuals who are currently married, separated without a final legal decree, or living in common-law unions are strictly prohibited from using the service.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the absolute right, authority, and legal capacity to enter into a binding marriage contract under the laws of your country of registration.

2.2 Authorized Geographic Regions & Geofencing

To protect community integrity, signup and usage parameters are strictly geofenced and limited to the following territories:

1. The Cooperative Republic of Guyana (Local Guyana Users)
2. The United States of America (Diaspora Users)
3. Canada (Diaspora Users)

Local Guyana users can only search for and match with other users located inside Guyana. Standard USA and Canada users are limited to browsing within their respective domestic countries by default. Cross-border matching between the USA and Canada is strictly gated and accessible only to premium Platinum VIP tier subscribers.

2.3 Sincerity of Intent

Guyana Matrimony is strictly for individuals seeking legal marriage. Users are prohibited from using the platform:

• Casual dating or “hookups.”
• Financial solicitation or “Sugar Daddy/Baby” arrangements.
• Extramarital affairs (all users must be legally single, divorced, or widowed).

3. Monetization, Payments, & Regional Processing Fees

3.1 The Sponsored Access Model

To foster a balanced and highly committed matrimonial community, Guyana Matrimony operates on a gender-differentiated billing model:

• Female Membership: All female users registering from Guyana, USA, or Canada are granted complimentary, event-triggered Premium Access. This access remains active without an initial expiration date until she initiates an Official Match Certificate request.
• Male Membership: All male users must purchase a paid subscription tier to unlock active communication features, profile metrics, annual marriage grant entry for Guyana, and full matching capabilities.

3.2 Regional Payment Gateways & Currencies

Depending on your country of registration, payments must be processed securely through our authorized channels:

• International Users (USA & Canada): All billing transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD) using the integrated Stripe API gateway. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay/Google Pay via Stripe.
• Local Users (Guyana): All billing transactions are processed in Guyanese Dollars (GYD) through a dual-checkout page supporting Mobile Money Guyana (MMG) API integrations or direct manual Bank Deposit/Transfer (Republic Bank / GBTI).

3.3 Refund Policy

All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for account terminations due to conduct violations or for early success in finding a partner.

Wazify LLC staff, field workers, and agents are strictly prohibited from accepting physical cash. All platform purchases and subscription payments are final. No refunds will be issued for voluntary deactivations, early matching success, or account terminations resulting from conduct violations.

4. Verification Compliance & Security Rules

To maintain a space free of deception, automated bots, or malicious actors, all users must submit to mandatory manual verification gates:

• ID Processing: Users must upload a valid, clear photograph of their government-issued identification (National ID card, biometric E-ID, or Passport).
• Selfie Matching: Users must complete a manual selfie verification check matching their profile imagery to their uploaded identification documents.
• Data Minimization: In absolute compliance with data protection standards, all sensitive identification document images are permanently deleted from our servers the exact second our administration team marks the user’s profile as “Verified”.

5. The Official Match Certification (Guyana Users Only)

When a couple formally meets on the application and mutually chooses to advance their relationship toward a legal marriage, they must apply for an Official Match Certificate.

• Single-Owner Submission: The application form can only be accessed and submitted by the female partner.
• The Structural Lockout: The instant the female user clicks submit, the backend auto-generates a unique sequence Submission ID (e.g., #MC-1042) which acts as their definitive Match Certificate string.
• Dual-Profile Deactivation: Upon administrative approval of the Match Certificate, both the male and female profiles are automatically moved to an irreversible Deactivation Mode. Their accounts are permanently hidden from public discovery feeds, removed from chat algorithms, and locked into a dedicated Success Landing View to download their printable verification file. Both memberships are considered closed and expired.

6. The Annual Marriage Grant & Vendor Discounts (Guyana Users Only)

6.1 Eligibility & Scope: As a promotional milestone incentive, Wazify LLC provides a wedding fund drawing known as the Annual Marriage Grant, along with promotional third-party vendor discounts. These programs are strictly exclusive to verified couples who live in and legally marry within Guyana. Users registered from the United States of America or Canada are explicitly excluded from participating in the Annual Marriage Grant pool and local vendor discount structures.

6.2 Conditional Tier Scaling & Platform Control: The activation, calculation, and maximum payout caps of any promotional cash grant are managed at the sole discretion of the platform. Payout limits are strictly dependent on collective platform success milestones within a single calendar year and the male user’s paid membership tier (3, 6, or 12 months) at the exact time of matching. No prize drawings or payouts will happen before the platform achieves its Level 1 activation metric of 35 verified matches within Guyana inside a single calendar year.

6.3 The Annual Draw & Reset Parameters: Only one (1) winning couple is randomly drawn per calendar year from the approved pool of Stage 2 Success Story submissions. On January 1st of each year, the platform’s match counter resets to zero, and non-drawn entries do not roll over. Guyana Matrimony retains the absolute right to schedule, reschedule, or alter the live stream drawing date and time due to technical or logistical reasons.

6.4 Post-Winning Conditions: By entering the pool and accepting any promotional prize, the winning couple explicitly grants Wazify LLC a one-year right to utilize their names, likenesses, images, and submitted testimonials for promotional and marketing purposes. Any local taxes, withholding liabilities, or processing fees associated with the disbursement of the prize money remain the sole responsibility of the winning couple.

6.5 Incorporation by Reference: Participation in these programs requires strict compliance with our two-stage verification process, minimum account age rules, and automatic profile deactivation upon match approval. The exhaustive operational guidelines, scaling prize charts, live drawing schedule, and vendor compliance criteria are fully integrated into these Terms by reference and can be reviewed on our dedicated Annual Marriage Grant Page and Vendor Discounts and Incentives Page.

7. Code of Conduct & Permanent Disqualification

Wazify LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for behaviors that threaten the safety, mental health, or integrity of our members. Immediate account deletion and absolute forfeiture of all platform rights and grant eligibility will occur, without a refund, for harassment, abuse, off-platform stalking, or financial solicitation.

2.1 Zero-Tolerance Harassment Policy: To maintain a safe environment for all members, especially within the sponsored access model, the following behaviors will result in an immediate and permanent ban without refund:

• Abusive Language: Use of profanity, racial slurs, or derogatory remarks based on religion, ethnicity, or gender.
• Persistent Unwanted Contact: Continuing to message a member after they have clearly expressed a lack of interest or blocked you.
• Cyber-Stalking: Attempting to find a member’s off-platform contact information (social media, workplace, home address) without their explicit consent.

2.2 Content Standards: All profile information and media must remain “Family Friendly”:

• Prohibited Images: No nudity, suggestive attire, or images featuring weapons, illegal substances, or excessive displays of cash.
• Authenticity: Profiles must feature recent, clear photos of the account holder. The use of “catfishing” (using photos of others) or AI-generated faces to deceive members is strictly forbidden.

2.3 Financial Integrity

• No Solicitation: Users may not ask other members for money, loans, or “top-ups” (MMG/Phone credit).
• Report Fraud: Members are encouraged to report any user who suggests a “short-cut” to the Marriage Grant or asks for private financial details.

2.4 Offline Safety Warning: While Guyana Matrimony facilitates connections, we do not control interactions outside the app.

• Public Meetings: We strongly recommend that first meetings occur in well-lit, public locations in Guyana.
• Vetting: Use the 60-day registration lock period to truly get to know a match’s character before sharing sensitive personal details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

8.1 “As Is” and “As Available” General Provision

The Guyana Matrimony application, along with all digital content, communication features, and matching software, is provided to the user strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws in the State of New Jersey (USA), the United States federal government, Canada, and the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, Wazify LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of its digital services or the accuracy of data transmitted within the platform.

8.2 No Guarantee of Compatibility, Safety, or Success

Guyana Matrimony operates fundamentally as a digital facilitator of introductions. We do not warrant, endorse, or guarantee:

• That any registered user will successfully discover a suitable matrimonial match or marriage partner.
• The absolute accuracy, historical truthfulness, or moral character of any user profile, regardless of whether the profile has completed our manual biometric/ID verification check.
• The emotional stability, marriage-readiness, financial standing, or future real-world conduct of any member you match with on the application.
• That any successful communication sequence initiated on the platform will result in a legal engagement, harmonious relationship, or valid civil marriage.

8.3 Technical Infrastructure & Network Disclaimers

Wazify LLC maintains no liability for network or server interruptions. We do not warrant that:

• The application’s communication channels, audio/video streaming via third-party APIs (such as Agora), or database tables will be entirely uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of software bugs.
• The cloud servers managed via CloudPanel or our primary VPS infrastructure will remain 100% free of advanced malware, data breaches, server-side reboots, or malicious digital interference.
• Any micro-defects or programmatic glitches in the application interface will be resolved within an immediate or specific developer timeframe.

8.4 Third-Party Vendor & Incentive Disclaimers (Regional)

Wazify LLC explicitly disclaims all liabilities and warranties concerning external business partners, payment processors, or third-party incentives:

• International Financial Gateways: We hold no liability for transaction failures, bank holds, or processing errors originating from international credit card operations via the Stripe API or local mobile networks via MMG.
• Local Vendor Discount Packages: For eligible local Guyanese users utilizing the Match Certificate for merchant savings, Wazify LLC expressly disclaims all warranties regarding the merchantability, quality, or physical fitness of any consumer goods, furniture, or bridal services redeemed through external vendors. All disputes, product returns, or service complaints regarding retail goods must be handled exclusively with the participating local merchant.

9: Limitation of Liability & Partner Responsibility

9.1 Third-Party Vendors

Guyana Matrimony acts solely as a facilitator for the vendors’ discounts and incentives. We establish relationships with local Guyanese businesses to provide discounts to our verified couples. However:

• Fulfillment: The final responsibility for fulfilling any discount, promotional offer, or service rests exclusively with the participating business partner.
• Service Quality: Guyana Matrimony is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of products or services purchased from third-party partners (e.g., defective furniture, wedding service cancellations, or resort booking disputes).
• Changes to Offers: Business partners reserve the right to modify or withdraw their specific offers without prior notice. Guyana Matrimony shall not be held liable for any such changes or for a partner’s refusal to honor a digital Match Certificate.
• Payment Processing: For international users utilizing the Stripe API (processed in USD) and local users utilizing MMG or bank transfers (processed in GYD), Guyana Matrimony is not liable for technical transaction failures, processing errors, or banking holds initiated by third-party financial institutions.

9.2 User Interactions and Success

While we implement rigorous verification standards (including ID checks and family photo requirements for local users), Guyana Matrimony does not control the behavior of its users.

• No Guarantee of Marriage: We provide tools for connection, but we do not guarantee that use of the platform will result in a match, an engagement, or a legal marriage.
• Interpersonal Disputes: Guyana Matrimony is not liable for any emotional distress, financial loss, or physical harm resulting from interactions between users, whether they occur on the application or in person.

9.3 The Annual Marriage Grant Draw (Guyana Local Users Only)

• Technical Failures: Guyana Matrimony is not liable for technical malfunctions, internet outages, or software errors that may prevent a Success Story from being submitted or a Live Draw from taking place as scheduled. In such events, we reserve the right to reschedule the draw.
• Prize Capping: Users acknowledge that the Grant is a “Success Ladder” and the prize amount is strictly governed by the milestones achieved (Total Verified Matches) as defined in 6.2. We are not liable for payouts if the minimum milestone (Level 1) is not achieved within the calendar year. Users registering from the USA and Canada are completely excluded from entering this draw.

9.4 Maximum Liability

In the event of a dispute that results in legal action or a court proceeding, the total liability of Wazify LLC (including its officers, directors, and employees) for any and all claims, judgments, or damages arising out of your use of the service shall be strictly limited to a refund of the total membership fees actually paid by the user to the platform during the six (6) months immediately preceding the date the claim arose.

9.5 Finality of Compensation

You acknowledge and agree that this amount represents your sole and exclusive remedy, and you waive any right to seek additional damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (such as “lost time” or “emotional distress”).

9.6 Court Adherence

Both parties agree that this limitation is a fundamental element of the bargain between the user and Wazify LLC and shall apply even if a court finds that a remedy fails its essential purpose.

10. Provisions of Service

10.1 Scope of Digital Services: Guyana Matrimony provides a digital platform designed to facilitate matrimonial introductions. While we strive for 24/7 availability, the service is provided “as is.” Wazify LLC reserves the right to:

• Perform Maintenance: Suspend access for scheduled technical updates or emergency repairs.
• Modify Features: Add, alter, or remove app functionalities to improve security or user experience without prior notice.
• Geographic Constraints: Limit the availability of specific features, such as the Vendor’s Discounts and Incentives, to users physically located within the Cooperative Republic of Guyana.

10.2 Automated Notifications: By maintaining an account, you consent to receive system-generated communications essential to the service. This includes, but is not limited to, automated security alerts, account verification status updates, critical system changes, Match Certificate alerts, and official announcements regarding the Annual Marriage Grant Live Draw.

10.3 Verification Integrity: The provision of service is contingent upon user compliance with identity standards. We reserve the right to request updated identification or photographs at any time to maintain the safety of the community.

11. Termination of Service

11.1 Termination by the User (Voluntary)

• General Exit: You may deactivate or delete your account at any time through the application settings.
• The “Match” Deactivation: Per Section 4.3, your profile will be automatically hidden from public view upon the successful issuance of a Match Certificate. This is a standard provision of service for committed couples and does not constitute a “Termination for Cause.”
• No Refunds: Voluntary deactivation does not entitle the holder of a paid membership to a refund of any unused portion of their subscription.

11.2 Termination by Guyana Matrimony (For Cause)
Wazify LLC may suspend or permanently terminate an account immediately, without prior notice or refund, for behaviors including:

• Conduct Violations: Harassment, solicitation of funds, or use of abusive language.
• Verification Fraud: Providing false National IDs, using “catfish” photos, or misrepresenting marital status (e.g., being currently married or only “separated”).
• Competition Manipulation: Any attempt to defraud the Annual Marriage Grant or the Vendors’ Discounts and Incentives systems.

11.3 Consequences of Termination

• Forfeiture of Benefits: Termination of an account results in the immediate loss of access to all chat history, digital Match Certificates, and the Vendors’ Discounts and Incentives portal.
• Grant Disqualification: If an account is terminated “For Cause,” the user and their associated match permanently forfeit all eligibility for the Annual Marriage Grant draw.
• Re-Registration Ban: Users terminated for serious conduct violations are permanently barred from creating new accounts on the platform.

12: Indemnification

12.1 User Responsibility

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wazify LLC, its officers, directors, employees, developers, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:

• Your Use of the Service: Your personal access to and use of the Guyana Matrimony platform, including any data transmissions, matching communications, or premium payment executions via Stripe, MMG, or bank transfers.
• Violation of Terms: Your breach of any clause within these General Terms or the local Annual Marriage Grant parameters.
• Third-Party Rights: Your violation of any third-party right, including, without limitation, any copyright, property, intellectual asset, or privacy right (such as uploading a photo or sensitive personal identification of another individual without their explicit permission).
• User Conduct: Any legal action, dispute, or grievance claiming that your personal conduct or profile content caused emotional, financial, or physical damage to another platform member or an external participating business partner.

12.2 Defense of Claims

In the event that Wazify LLC is subject to a legal claim covered by this indemnification, we reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of the matter. You agree to cooperate fully with our legal counsel in asserting any available defenses and will not settle any claim or dispute without our prior written consent.

13: Acceptance of Terms

13.1 Electronic Signature By creating an account, clicking/tapping “Sign Up,” or utilizing any feature of the Guyana Matrimony application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these General Terms and the supplemental Annual Marriage Grant Terms. This act constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under the laws of Guyana.

13.2 Acknowledgement of Rules You specifically acknowledge that you have reviewed the Code of Conduct and the Eligibility requirements, and you understand that failure to comply may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of grant eligibility without a refund.

14: Amendments to Terms

14.1 Right to Modify Wazify LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. This includes adjusting membership pricing, prize ladder milestones, or verification protocols to ensure the continued security and viability of the platform.

14.2 Notification of Material Changes In the event of a significant change that impacts your rights or membership costs, we will provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice via:

• An in-app notification or banner.
• An email sent to the address associated with your account.
• A public announcement on our official social media channels.

14.3 Continued Use Your continued use of the service following the posting of any changes to the Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the new terms, your only recourse is to deactivate your account prior to the new terms taking effect.

15: Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions, your account profile relationships, and any premium payment transactions executed within the application shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution (The “Talk First” Rule): In the event of a dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or platform usage, both parties explicitly agree to attempt to resolve the matter through informal, good-faith written negotiation for a period of at least sixty (60) days before initiating any formal legal proceedings or court filings.

14.3 Venue: If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, you agree that any formal legal action or corporate proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of New Jersey, USA. You hereby consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections regarding inconvenient forums.
