1. Statement of Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Guyana Matrimony maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Our platform is designed strictly for consenting adults aged 18 and older seeking serious courtship and matrimonial partnerships. We prohibit any content, behavior, or communication that endangers, exploits, abuses, or sexualizes minors.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users are strictly forbidden from uploading, transmitting, generating, facilitating, or soliciting:

  • Any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including digital imagery, photographs, videos, audio recordings, or computer-generated visual media depicting minors in sexually explicit or exploitative contexts.
  • Any grooming behaviors, communications, or attempts to build relationships with minors for unlawful, exploitative, or sexual purposes.
  • Any sextortion, financial coercion, sexual solicitation, trafficking, or blackmail involving individuals under 18 years of age.
  • Creating or maintaining an account for any individual who is under 18 years of age.

3. In-App User Feedback and Reporting Mechanism

To maintain safety and protect our community, Guyana Matrimony provides active in-app mechanisms for users to report any concerns, suspicious behavior, or policy violations without leaving the application:

  • Profile Reporting: Every member profile features a direct “Report User” button accessible from the profile view.
  • Chat Moderation Reporting: Every active conversation thread provides a “Report / Block” tool to flag inappropriate messages or unsolicited media.
  • Admin Escalation: When a user submits an in-app report, the flagged content and user record are immediately routed to our moderation team for priority review.

4. Enforcement, Removal, and Legal Compliance

Upon receiving a report or discovering any instance of CSAE/CSAM:

  • Immediate Removal & Account Termination: All offending content is permanently scrubbed from our servers immediately, and the associated user account is permanently banned.
  • Reporting to Law Enforcement: In full compliance with domestic and international child protection laws, any verified instance of CSAM or child exploitation will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
