Annual Marriage Grant
To celebrate our community’s success, Guyana Matrimony runs a special promotional wedding fund called the Annual Marriage Grant. This program is a financial gift that we manage and hand out at our sole discretion to help local couples set up their new homes. Signing up for the app does not automatically guarantee a grant or entry into the drawing—Guyana Matrimony controls all selection and qualification rules. This program is strictly for local users living in Guyana; users registered in the USA or Canada cannot participate.
How the Platform Activates the Fund: We control and scale the prize money based on total platform success milestones within a single calendar year.
The Fund Activation (Level 1): The grant pool officially unlocks only after the platform reaches a minimum of 35 verified matches within Guyana in a single calendar year. No prize drawings or payouts will happen before this milestone is met.
The Scaling Prizes (Levels 2 to 4): As total platform matches grow (from 70, to 110, and up to 150+ matches), we increase the available prize pool limits.
Male Account Tier: The final prize cap a couple can receive is determined by us based on the platform’s current milestone level and the male partner’s paid membership tier (3, 6, or 12 months) when you matched. The breakdown is as follows:

The Path to the Annual Marriage Grant
To keep our platform safe and prevent fake profiles or dishonest entries, couples must complete a strict two-stage process to enter the annual prize drawing pool.
STAGE 1
Match Verification (Engagement)
The female partner must first request the Official Match Certificate via her account. Once approved by the admin staff, the couple can view the Match Certificate in their accounts, which immediately unlocks their local vendor discounts.
To protect the integrity of our grant and ensure our local business partners are supporting real couples, you must meet these simple but strict proof requirements:
Stage 1 Requirements (To get your Match Certificate)
You must apply for this while the male’s paid membership is still active. The application button will lock the moment a membership expires. You must provide:

Real Chat History: A consistent, genuine conversation history inside the Guyana Matrimony app that shows a real relationship.

Public Proof (2 Photos): Two current photos of the couple together at two different public locations inside Guyana.

Family Proof (1 Photo): One photo of the couple together with family members. Both partners and at least two relatives must be clearly visible.

ID Verification: Both partners must have fully verified profiles using a National ID or biometric e-ID check.
STAGE 2
Grant Submission (Marriage)
After the couple’s legal marriage ceremony, the husband must use his account to fill out and submit the wedding Success Story form. This final submission is what officially enters the couple into the active grant raffle pool for that calendar year.
Stage 2 Requirements (To enter the Cash Grant Draw)
After getting your Match Certificate and getting legally married within the 1-year window, you (the male) must submit your Success Story form via the app with the following:

Legal Marriage Certificate: A clear, valid copy of your official Marriage Certificate issued by the Government of Guyana.

Wedding Photos (3 Photos): Three photos from your wedding ceremony or celebration. At least one photo must include family members from both sides.

Your Success Story: A short written story about your journey from matching on the app to your wedding day.

Reminder: You cannot submit a Success Story without successfully completing Stage 1 first.

60-Day Minimum Active Account Rule
To stop people from making fake accounts just to claim prizes, a couple cannot request a Match Certificate until both individual accounts have been active, verified, and registered on the app for at least sixty (60) days in a row.

Payouts Tied to the Male’s Plan
While female accounts receive free premium access, the cash prize limits you qualify for are determined strictly by the male’s last active paid subscription plan (Liming, Courtship, or Soulmate Plan) at the exact moment our staff approves the Match Certificate.

Automatic Profile Deactivation
The exact moment your Match Certificate is approved, our system automatically updates your accounts:

Both profiles are immediately taken offline and hidden from all public matching feeds and searches.

Both accounts are marked as “Expired,” even if you have remaining subscription days left.

Your app access will be restricted to a special Success Dashboard where you can download your certificate and apply for the grant.

The 1-Year Deadline & Expiration Rules
The exact moment your Match Certificate is approved, our system automatically updates your accounts:

The 365-Day Window: Once your Match Certificate is approved, you have exactly twelve (12) months to legally marry and submit your Success Story form.

Expired Account Courtesy: The husband is allowed to submit the final Success Story form even if his paid plan has expired, as long as it is done within that 1-year window.

Hard Deadline: If you miss the 365-day deadline, the system permanently locks you out, and you completely lose your chance to enter the grant pool.

Raffle Year Assignment: Your entry goes into the raffle pool for the calendar year you submit your success story, regardless of when your certificate was approved.

The Draw & Annual Reset
To keep the program fair, exciting, and transparent, the annual grant drawing follows a strict schedule and reset rule:

One Winner: Only one (1) winning couple is drawn each year from the pool of all eligible, verified marriages.

The Competition Cycle: The qualification pool runs from January 1st to December 31st. Your Stage 2 Success Story must be fully submitted and approved by our team before midnight on December 31st to be included in that year’s drawing pool.

The Official Announcement: On 7th January, our management team will officially calculate and announce the final milestone levels, total local matches, and the list of eligible couples across our official social media channels.

The Live Drawing: The official digital raffle drawing will take place via a live stream on our official social media channels on 14th January at 8:00 PM.
Note: This date and time are subject to change due to technical or logistical reasons. Any schedule updates will be posted inside the app and on our social pages.

How the Winner is Picked: The winning couple is selected completely at random from the active pool. The final cash payout they receive will be bound by their specific Male Account Tier limit from when they matched.

Winner Notification: The winning couple will be announced live during the stream and contacted directly using the phone number or email linked to their account.

The Annual Reset: On January 1st of every year, the platform’s verified match counter resets completely back to zero. Matches do not roll over into the next calendar year.

Post-Entry & Winning Conditions
To stop people from making fake accounts just to claim prizes, a couple cannot request a Match Certificate until both individual accounts have been active, verified, and registered on the app for at least sixty (60) days in a row.

Promotional Agreement: By accepting the grant, the winning couple agrees to let Guyana Matrimony use their names, photos, and written “Success Story” testimonials for platform marketing and promotional purposes for a period of one (1) year.

Tax Responsibility: Any local withholding taxes, bank fees, or personal income tax liabilities resulting from the cash prize remain the sole and absolute responsibility of the winning couple.
